Arrival

Where are the Village Apartments located?
The Village Apartments are located on Stammers Road, Saundersfoot, SA69 9HH. A short walk from the main hotel and a stone’s throw from the beach, village restaurants and shops.

How will I know where to go?
Please make your way to the main reception at St Brides Spa Hotel where our team will welcome you and provide you with a key and direct you to our Village Apartments where your relaxing break will begin. For directions to St Brides Spa Hotel, please click here.

What time can I check in?
We offer guaranteed check from 4pm. You are most welcome to arrive earlier in the day and enjoy the facilities here at St Brides Spa Hotel.

Can I park my car at my accommodation?
Complimentary car parking is located at the St Brides Village Apartments and St Brides Spa Hotel (limited to one car per apartment.)

What equipment is in my apartment?
Each St Brides Village Apartment is equipped with the following items as standard:

• Balcony or terrace with seating
• Lounge area with sofa, coffee table and TV
• Dining area with table and chairs
• Kitchen with toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, electric hob, combination microwave and dishwasher
• Crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans
• Washer and dryer
• Hairdryer
• Iron and ironing board
• Onsite parking (one car per apartment)
• Complimentary WiFi

What else is provided?
Bed linen, bath and hand towels are supplied, along with tea towels, bin bags and toilet rolls.

Are there any toiletries supplied?
Each individual bedroom has one shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and body lotion. We advise guests to bring all other required toiletries with them.

Can I add on extras?
Yes, if you are celebrating an important occasion such as a birthday or a wedding anniversary during your stay with us, we offer a range of thoughtful room service extras that can be added to make your visit even more memorable.

Dining

What is supplied in my accommodation for arrival?
A welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, sweeteners and milk will be supplied for your arrival.

Can I buy a cooked breakfast instead of cooking in my accommodation?
Yes – guests are welcome to enjoy a full cooked breakfast at The Cliff Restaurant at £15 per person

Will there be a barbecue that we can use?
No, we regret that barbecues are not permitted.

Facilities

Which facilities can we use whilst we are here?
All hotel facilities are available to you during your stay. Advance booking is required for spa treatments and restaurant dining. We would advise booking these well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Can we use the spa and leisure facilities?
Guests staying at the self-catering St Brides Village Apartments are welcome to book a 90 minute session in our Thermal Suite & Hydrotherapy Pool for a discounted rate of £35 per person.

Guests are advised to make their bookings in advance of their stay as our Spa is likely to be fully booked by the time of check-in. Access to the Thermal Suite and the Hydrotherapy Pool must be booked in advance by calling +44 (0)1834 815075. Please note our Spa is an adult only environment and not available to guests under the age of 16. The Thermal Suite is not suitable for pregnant guests.

Can I arrange to have a babysitter?
We are not currently able to offer this service.

Departure

What time must I leave my apartment?
Check-out time is 10am. Please note that a late check-out facility is not available and full nightly charges will apply in the event of late departure. Please leave your property by 10am and check out at the St Brides Spa Hotel reception prior to departing.

Can I use the hotel bar and restaurant after I have checked out?
Yes, please feel free to use the hotel bar and restaurant for as long as you wish.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if I break something during my stay?
Whilst we do not charge a deposit, any breakages will be charged to your bill following departure. General waste facilities are provided at the apartment. Please ensure that you empty your bin and place your rubbish in the communal bins provided in a central location near to your apartment.

What equipment is provided for small children?
We are able to set up your accommodation for small children by providing travel cots with bed linen and high chairs in the dining area, at no additional charge. There is no other equipment provided in the apartment.

Can I bring my pet?
We are happy to welcome dogs in some of the ground floor apartments at a surcharge.

Are Village Apartments accessible to disabled users?

Can friends visit us?
While friends are welcome to visit for the day, please note that all visitors must depart by 11pm. After this time only residents may remain in your apartment.
