We strongly advise redeeming your gift experience at the earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment. The sooner you check availability, it’s more likely the date(s) you wish to book will be available.

When booking your Gift Voucher, it is essential to ensure that the voucher is valid within the dates specified upon Gift Voucher. The voucher must be utilised prior to the expiry date indicated. Failure to do so will result in the voucher becoming invalid and it will not be eligible for use.
Voucher reservations are subject to availability and exclusion dates apply. For live availability please enquire at the time of booking. Please check your voucher validity terms before making a reservation.
Please ensure you bring your voucher on the day of the booking, failure to do so will result in you paying full price. If you do not arrive or do not cancel your booking within the terms of cancellation, your voucher will be redeemed against the booking. If you wish to book for additional guests, they will be charged at full price.
