St Brides Spa Hotel is a contemporary destination spa hotel located on the headlands in Pembrokeshire with elevated views of Saundersfoot Harbour. With over 34 rooms, a luxurious spa and our Cliff restaurant and Gallery that boast second to none views of the bay.

When it comes to our food, our kitchen team have focused on fresh local produce, prepared and served in such ways that showcase their full flavour and reflect all the goodness of Pembrokeshire. Our evening menu changes on a daily basis to reflect that day’s delivery of fresh, seasonal produce.

Main Duties

As Chef de Partie your main responsibilities will include:

• Taking responsibility for your section in the kitchen Working under direction and supervision of Executive Chef and Sous Chef
• Supervise the Commis Chefs in the kitchen Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed
• Prepare dishes to the highest quality and standards Comply with all relevant Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards

Person Specification

• Experience as Demi Chef de Partie
• Good organisational skills and ability to multi task.
• Have the ability to cope under pressure.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good team player, flexible and enthusiastic
• Passion for food
