New Chef joins St Brides Spa Hotel, Saundersfoot
St Brides Spa Hotel is delighted to announce the appointment of a new Senior Sous Chef, Davey Bailey. Since starting his culinary career at the tender age of 14 as a kitchen porter, Davey has worked in a number of high profile establishments across Wales, as well as spending a period of time working in France as a fine dining private chef.
Originally from Tenby, Davey is excited to return to Pembrokeshire to join the team at St Brides Spa Hotel. Using some of the best local ingredients and produce, Davey hopes to further boost the culinary reputation of the multi award-winning spa hotel.
Arron Smith, Operations Manager says, “Davey is passionate about using local ingredients to create simple, brilliant, fresh food which tastes fantastic. He has had a wealth of experience and has enjoyed success being part of teams that have gained rosettes for food. Davey and I will be working to implement new menus and developing a strong dynamic team that will continue to deliver a memorable dining experience for our guests.”
