Sample Menus at St Brides Spa Hotel



Please note that the menus below are simply examples as Daniel, our Executive Head Chef, and the Team, are committed to using fresh ingredients, simply cooked, to make the best use of natural flavours and our menu changes to reflect seasonal produce and daily deliveries.

We also have two other restaurants in the St Brides family; our casual dining restaurants, Beachside Barbecue and The Marina which are located a short walk from the hotel, on the harbour front. We would be delighted to reserve a table there for you.

Cliff

Cliff Menu

St Brides is a hotel with three restaurants. The Cliff Restaurant and Gallery Bar are located within the hotel and as the name suggests, have dramatic sea views over Saundersfoot Harbour and onto Carmarthen Bay. In summer, the outdoor decks are a popular place for meeting up with friends, casual dining or drinks receptions. Our casual dining restaurants, Beachside Barbecue and The Marina are located a short walk from the hotel, on the harbour front in the village of Saundersfoot. We would be delighted to reserve a table there for you.

The menu is available from 18:00 – 21:00

All of the ingredients used in our menu have been carefully selected from our trusted local suppliers. Daniel, our Executive Head Chef, and his team have focused on fresh local produce, prepared and served in such ways that they showcase their full flavour and reflect all the goodness of Pembrokeshire. Our evening menu changes on a daily basis to reflect that day’s delivery of fresh, seasonal produce.
